MSI has announced a new X-Slim notebook. The MSI X-Slim X370 has the same svelte profile, but instead of the low-power Intel Core 2 Duo processors found in the X350 and the X360, it has a more powerful AMD Zacate processor. And because Zacate processors are highly power efficient, the notebook should get decent battery life.
Like the other notebooks in the X-Slim series, the X370 measures 0.8 inches in thickness and weighs 3.8 pounds. It has a 13.4 inch display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The notebook is powered by an AMD Fusion E-350 Zacate processor and the Radeon 6320 graphics that comes with it. Other specifications include up to 4GB of RAM and up to 320GB hard drive space.
The MSI X370 is expected to ship this Spring. There is no word on final pricing, but MSI is known for pricing its notebooks aggressively so you should be able to get a good deal.
